黑豆紅棗茶 Black Bean Date Tea

Taiwanese caffeine-free tea brewed from Tainan-farmed black beans and red dates.  Naturally sweet, and warm in a way that makes you want another cup immediately.

This tea has a story worth knowing.

The black beans come from a small-farm partnership in Qigu, Tainan — one of Taiwan's most established agricultural areas. The producer ran over 1,000 roasting tests to find the exact temperature that makes black bean and red date come together perfectly: deep and earthy from the bean, naturally sweet and slightly fruity from the date, with a smooth finish that doesn't need sugar to round it out.

How to brew: 

Steep 1 sachet in 300ml of hot water (90°C) for 10 minutes.

While delicious hot, this tea is next-level when served cold! Brew a big batch, toss it in the fridge overnight, and enjoy the ultimate crisp, nutty refreshment the next day.
