Shipping within Singapore

We currently offer delivery within Singapore at a flat rate of S$4.50 per order.

Enjoy free delivery on orders of S$35 or more.

Orders typically arrive within 1–3 days after they have been dispatched.

Delivery Information

Please provide a valid Singapore mobile number at checkout. This is required for our courier partner to process the delivery and generate the shipping label.

Please also make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. WonGi is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@wongi.sg within 5 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the damaged package/products so that we can look into the issue.
